The Collective on Fourth Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Cinnaire Solutions and Northernstar Companies have joined forces to develop The Collective on Fourth—a 62-unit, mixed-income affordable housing community in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This development is part of a City-led initiative aimed at expanding access to affordable housing and supporting individuals and families at risk of homelessness.
