Osteria Emilia opens

Borton Construction is proud to have partnered with the new owners of Osteria-Emilia as they transformed the former Piggy’s restaurant—an iconic, 50-plus-year-old space—into a warm and inviting new dining experience.

Our team served as the General Contractor on this tenant-improvement project, guiding the renovation from start to finish. The work included extensive interior demolition to open up the aging structure, new framing and carpentry to reconfigure the layout, and complete drywall installation to bring the refreshed design to life.

The owners were fantastic collaborators throughout the build-out, and we’re grateful for the trust they placed in our team. We look forward to partnering with them again on future projects as Osteria-Emilia continues to grow.
