The Collective

The Collective is a 79,000 sf, 62 apartment complex just south of downtown La Crosse.  This project is a redevelopment of an older residential area in La Crosse, developed by Cinnaire and partially funded by WHEDA tax credits.  This is Borton's second housing complex for Cinnaire.
