Red Cliff Elderly Housing Project

Borton Construction is pleased work with the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa on a significant new housing initiative.

The project will deliver two 12-unit town home buildings and full development of the greenfield site, including construction of a new street and installation of all associated utilities. This effort will provide modern, high-quality housing while supporting the Band’s long-term vision for community growth.

Expected completion is Spring of 2026.
