Garden Terrace

Borton Construction just started work on a new 55,000 sf, 50 unit apartment complex on La Crosse’s North Side called Garden Terrace.  Also included is a separate 2,000 sf community center and greenhouse.  The project is a partnership of many different entities, including the developer Impact Seven, the City of La Crosse, and the Hunger Task force.  It includes a WHEDA low income tax credit housing component that is geared towards providing housing for homeless veterans.  Completion June 2019.
