Borton Construction was chosen as the general contractor for The Collective on Fourth, a new 62-unit mixed-income housing development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This project supports the city's initiative to reduce housing insecurity by expanding access to affordable and accessible housing options. The property includes studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with amenities such as a club room, community classroom, management office, fitness center, and covered parking.
