St Johns Hospital on Moross St in Detroit, MI consisted of a 3,000 sq/ft interior renovation of the existing food service concept that was located in the lower level of the 1 million sq/ft St Johns Ascension Hospital in Detriot, MI. With Accession Hospital projects, infection control is monitored and held to the up most standards 24 hours a day. With that being said, Borton had to maintain a negative pressure jobsite at all times. The work consisted of demolition, gypsum board partitions/soffits, new casework, millwork, flooring, paint, ceiling, furniture, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and kitchen equipment.
