This Rockhurst University project was a total demolition of the existing seating and serving areas at their main dining Massman Hall. The refresh included new walls, flooring, wall tile, aluminum and glass storefront, casework, kitchen equipment, walk in freezer and tables and chairs.  A new grow room (green house) was installed in the seating area. Chartwells Dining Service is growing some of their own produce onsite for use in the many different menus.
