Partners in Excellence School consisted of a 23,500 s.f. renovation of a former YWCA gymnasium into new class rooms and office space. The work consisted of demolition, cutting openings in both structural concrete elevated floors and walls, shoring/underpinning, masonry, concrete, steel erection, load bearing metal stud framing of wall and new floor deck, gypsum board partitions/soffits, paint, flooring, doors and hardware, bathroom partitions/accessories, casework, roofing, elevator, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
