Renovations of Jimmy's North Star included adding a bigger kitchen, building a new bar, and removing the acoustic ceiling to expose the original rustic metal ceiling.  The space was opened up to allow for more seating to enjoy Jimmy’s great sandwiches, gyros, and wraps.
