As president and co-owner of Borton Construction, Paul takes a vested interest in every project, often serving as project manager. A degree in industrial technology construction management led to a highly experienced career involving project coordination, contracts, budget analysis and design feasibility. Paul also works closely with government for site approvals. Paul is a leader in church and civic groups and boards including United Way Leadership Circle, Logan Alumni Association, and numerous others. He is the current president of the North La Crosse Rotary.
